Join us for a cacao and somatic breathwork workshop led by clinician, Danielle Reynolds. The session will begin by setting intentions, followed by the drinking of a specially prepared cacao.

The intention of this group workshop, led by Andrada Florescu, MA, is to help you “change your mind” by reprogramming your unconscious beliefs and behaviors in order to change your relationship with pelvic floor related pain.
